Q: Is this course live or pre-recorded?
A: The Sacred Drumming Foundations Course combines live and pre-recorded teachings. Over 100 easy-to-follow pre-recorded videos take you on a journey into the art and practice of frame drumming. Additionally, you will be invited to four live Masterclasses with Krista, held via Zoom video conferencing.
For those who can't make the live sessions - recordings of all sessions will be posted on the private Academy website within 48 hours of the live classes.

The Sacred Drumming Academy created by Krista Holland started for me in November 2020, which was, by all means, a dreadful year but it also gave me the opportunity to finally begin studying frame drums, since everyone was home and a lot of amazing online courses started popping up in my Facebook feed.
